More information

  • Sessions can be held in person or via zoom.  You can choose a seated or reclined position for this work.  Wearing comfortable, loose clothing is recommended so you’re not distracted as the energies start working which can sometimes evoke sensations of heat or cold. Having a warmer layer of clothing you can adjust is ideal.  Having a blanket handy for zoom sessions can be a good idea! Bring water and a journal on the day.

  • My guides truly do guide all my work and will guide our coaching sessions. We can explore development of intuitive gifts, using processes from my guides and mystical tools such as oracle cards. We will explore more practical mindset tools - each client is different so I will draw on all the tools I have at my disposal intuitively. Clients intuitive gifts tend to amplify through our work together.

  • If you’ve come through the channels of my sisterhood circle workshop offerings then I would have mentioned this 1:1 offering.

    These sessions vary but generally all include not only the ancient wisdom teachings of the philosophies of Tantra, but also breathing exercises and meditations. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and water bottle. All sessions are in person, 1:1 only.

    We will be seated on the floor or on chairs as you feel comfortable.

    Tantra is NOT a religion. These teachings point you back to your own wisdom and inner discernment.

  • I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable joining my healing space.

  • Intuitive Coaching Sessions are held via zoom or phone. If you are busy I can come to your workplace or home.

  • All 1:1 sessions can be held via zoom or I can come to you. All meditation and workshop spaces are equipped for accessibility requirements as best I can manage.

    If you have any specific requirements or needs related to accessibility please let me now and we’ll figure out the best solution for you.
