This work is both intuitive and healing, but more than that, it is a remembering. Clients often find not only relief, but reconnection — to their inner compass, their guides, to the quiet language of their intuition and to the subtle ways life begins to speak back. Dreams can become more vivid. Insights start to feel more embodied rather than abstract. There is a sense of being met by something greater, and a renewed curiosity for your own unfolding path.

Sessions can be held in person or via zoom. You can choose a seated or reclined position for this work. Wearing comfortable, loose clothing is recommended so you’re not distracted as the energies start working which can sometimes evoke sensations of heat or cold. Having a warmer layer of clothing you can adjust is ideal. Having a blanket handy for zoom sessions can be a good idea! Bring water and a journal on the day.

My guides truly do guide all my work and will guide our coaching sessions. We can explore development of intuitive gifts, using processes from my guides and mystical tools such as oracle cards. We will explore more practical mindset tools - each client is different so I will draw on all the tools I have at my disposal intuitively. Clients intuitive gifts tend to amplify through our work together.

If you’ve come through the channels of my sisterhood circle workshop offerings then I would have mentioned this 1:1 offering.
These sessions vary but generally all include not only the ancient wisdom teachings of the philosophies of Tantra, but also breathing exercises and meditations. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and water bottle. All sessions are in person, 1:1 only.
We will be seated on the floor or on chairs as you feel comfortable.
Tantra is NOT a religion. These teachings point you back to your own wisdom and inner discernment.
